Orecchiette alla Salsiccia

Hat shaped pasta with Alle Pia “Pizzaiola” sausage (farm raised pork, sundried tomatoes, capers, oregano, white wine), asparagus tips, sweet onion in a lightly spicy tomato sauce and a touch of veal stock reduction

Tortelloni di Zucca alla Salvia e Mascarpone

Homemade tortelloni stuffed with pumpkin and ricotta cheese, in a sage and mascarpone cheese sauce topped with toasted walnuts

Saltimbocca all’Alle Pia

Veal scaloppine with home cured Coppa (pork shoulder thinly sliced), fresh organic sage and melted fontina cheese served over a bed of sauteed spinach

Salmone alla Griglia

Fresh filet of salmon, marinated with sea salt and black pepper, grilled with extra virgin olive oil and lemon, tomato/mint salsa

Timballo di Parma

Layers of grilled eggplant, green and yellow zucchine, roasted red and yellow bell peppers, baked with mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce, topped with julienne organic basil

Mousse della Casa

Piemontese  styleflourless chocolate mousse with homemade fresh wipped cream and fresh strawberries
