Antipasti (choice of)

Zuppa di Lenticchie

Traditional braised lentil soup with sweet onion, celery and carrots, in a vegetable broth and served with garlic crostini bread

or

 Insalata di Bufala

Organic arugula,grilled eggplant, frsh mozzarella cubes,roma tomatoes, capersand basil, in a red wine vinaigrette dressing

Pair with: Pinot Grigio “Zuani” Sodevo, Friuli, Italy 2024

 

Primi (choice of)

Tagliolini al Pesto

Tagliolini pasta with julienne garden vegetables, new potatoes in a home made pesto sauce

or

Risotto ai Porcini e Erbe Silvane

Carnaroli rice cooked in a savory chicken broth with imported porcini mushrooms, Italian organic herbsand white wine

Pair with:  Merlot “Ancient Peaks”, Sta. Margarita 2022

 

Secondi (choice of)

Braciola di Maiale alla Modena

Center cut, bone-in pork chop, marinated in Italian herbs and evoo, grilled and finished with a balsamic and veal stock reduction sauce

or

Salmone alla Griglia

Filet of salmon, simply marinated with sea salt and black pepper, grilled to perfection with lemon and evoo

Pair with: Pinot Noir “Matthew’s Vineyeard”, Edna Valley 2020
